Our church is hosting a Missions Festival this weekend. On Saturday, we are asked to bring an ethnic dish. Anybody have any suggestions? Something yummy, but not too tricky. If you're not a blogger, leave me a recipe in your comment. If you are a blogger, post your recipe and direct me to your site. I'm sure others would be excited to try out a great new recipe.
After the weekend is over, I'll do a post on which recipe I chose and if it was a success.

Nothing in my noggin'. I do make a mean Mexican lasagna. I don't know if you'd be interested in it though. It's so yummy but it does take some time. I also don't know just how 'ethnic' you need it to be. Anyway, let me know if you'd like the recipe anyway. I'd be glad to give it to you!
Wish I had an ethnic dish to share but I don't, Thanks for stopping by today, don't forget to post a link to the contest on your blog! Don't be a stranger!

The BEST and easiest one I've ever done is Moroccan oranges. Slice several oranges into "coins", and sprinkle with cinnamon. VERY easy, VERY delicious!
